Permission & Consent:

I, the undersigned homeowner, hereby grant permission to Arrow Technology Group LP and its authorized representatives, contractors, and agents to access and install fiber-optic cables on my property for the purpose of providing high-speed internet services. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• I understand that Arrow Technology Group will install a fiber optic line to my home at no cost to me.
• I acknowledge that there is no obligation on my part to utilize this fiber optic line for internet or other services in the future.
• I recognize the importance of this opportunity. If I choose to have fiber installed after the project's completion, the cost may be approximately $4,000.00 or potentially higher. Thus, taking advantage of this offer now can result in significant savings.
• I am aware that the fiber optic line will be laid underground at a depth of approximately 18-24 inches.
• Prior to any construction, the fiber contractor working on behalf of Arrow Technology Group will contact me to ensure I am informed and prepared for the installation.
• I hereby give permission to Arrow Technology Group and its assigns to enter my property for the sole purpose of marking utilities and assessing the optimal path from the road to my home for fiber installation.
• Arrow Technology Group assures that its assigned construction contractor will conduct a brief consultation with me before the installation process starts. This will involve plowing a narrow trench for the fiber line.
• Post-installation, Arrow Technology Group commits to restoring my property to its original condition. This includes filling all trenches, repairing any disturbed ground, and reseeding where necessary.
• I understand that all equipment and materials used by Arrow Technology Group are of industry- standard quality and are designed to provide reliable service.
• This fiber-to-the-home project has been realized through the joint efforts of Arrow Technology Group, the Universal Broadband Fund, and the Canadian Infrastructure Bank. We also gratefully acknowledge the MD of Opportunity for their pivotal letter of support during the application process. The collective commitment from all involved parties emphasizes the shared vision of ensuring every community in Alberta has access to high-quality, reliable internet connectivity.
